In the heart of Canonsburg, PA lives Canon-McMillan Wrestling. At 90 years old, the program is one of the most historic in the state. A merge from Canonsburg into Canon-McMillan in 1959 let the program continue its tradition and build upon its history.

 The Big Macs have qualified over 170 wrestlers for the PA State Tournament, sending a wrestler there for the past 47 years. The school holds the state record for most state champions (44) and most state medalists (130+). In addition, Canon-McMillan holds the all-time wins record in the state with 1,000+ wins under 16 different head coaches.
