Matt Rothka is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John and Samantha Rothka and the brother of Sean, Harley, Tyler, and Morgan, from Muse. Matt has spent the past five years as a member of the wrestling program. In addition to wrestling, he is involved in soccer, German Club, and the Victory Express Soccer Club. Throughout his athletic career, Matt has been a three-year member of the varsity team, a one-year letterman, and the recipient of the Most Dedicated Athlete Award.

In the classroom, Matt is an honor roll student. Outside of school, he works at Walmart, helps on his family’s farm, and has been actively involved in volunteering with Toys for Tots, the food bank, the Young Republicans, and several state and local representative events. His favorite team memories include competing at the Virginia Duals in 2023 and the King of the Mountain tournament in 2024.

Following high school, Matt has enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and plans to attend Waynesburg University after completing basic training.
